  Jill Richmond stands at the forefront of innovation in the dynamic and evolving digital asset landscape and as the General Partner & Founder, Full Stack Ventures. With an astute understanding of the decentralized web, blockchain technologies, and digital assets, she has established herself as a pivotal figure in shaping the future of the internet and commerce. Armed with a degree in Political Science, from Rutgers College and an MSc. from the SOAS, Economics, Jill embarked on a journey that carved a path through the realms of digital entrepreneurship and venture capital with 15 years of experience working for the World Bank, United States Congress. Her career trajectory took a steep climb following her role in co-founding Jewel, Digital Asset Bank, which became a cornerstone in custody, stablecoins, collateralized lending as well as settlement exchange. Jill's shift from founder to financier was marked by her innate ability to identify and empower and scale startups that promise not only technological advancement but also the potential to democratize access to technology and financial systems. She leveraged her expertise working with early companies to propel Full Stack Ventures into a vanguard position within the investment space, championing the firm’s mission to unlock the power of transformative technologies in areas of sports, media and entertainment. As an advisor, she has built, developed and executed on driving results through companies such as Times of India (Abound), supported companies from Seed to Series C in fundraising, built sales and business development roadmaps for multiple SaaS companies, and operated through multiple complex regulatory frameworks for several FinTech companies. An active angel investor & member of Mid-Atlantic Biotech Angels (MABA).
